The Foundation
Our roots in specialty coffee were solidified through learning the craft from Kumi-san of KISSA, which inspired the creation of our own coffee shop, Nowhere Coffee Brewers, in Chiang Mai. Here, we honed our skills in serving the final product.

The Turning Point
To master our craft, we knew we had to understand its origin. This ambition took us to the highlands of Mae Ton Luang, where we stepped into the demanding role of a Coffee Producer. In 2021, we entered our first-ever processed batch into the Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand (SCATH) awards. The result was beyond our wildest dreams: we won 1st Place and the prestigious Royal Trophy.
The Birth of Wynya Coffee
That award was the catalyst. It affirmed our path and gave us the confidence to officially establish Wynya Coffee, a producer dedicated to quality, care, and meticulous control from farm to cup. Today, we continue to learn and innovate, proudly contributing to the bright future of Thai specialty coffee.
